The Art of Entertaining

Gold 90.5FM held 'The Art of Entertaining' with Celebrity Chef Wan and hosted by Brian Richmond on Saturday, 15th April 2006, 1-4pm at the Grand Hyatt Singapore. He was a barrel of laughs, putting Brian to work and entertaining the audience with practical and humourous tips on how to be the perfect host and the art of entertaining guests, all the while cooking up a storm before everyone's eyes. The audience was in stitches throughout the event and expressed words of praise and commendation for "the one and only Chef Wan!"

The demonstration included a three-course meal of Avocado Catalan Salad, Spanish Chicken Stew, and Clasfoustis with Cherries, plus a specially-designed mutton curry dish just for Brian Richmond. After taking in the irresistable aroma that Chef Wan cooked up, the audience was treated to a sampling at the end of the programme which they enjoyed tremendously. Some were seen queueing for second rounds, yes, even third and fourth rounds! Many told us since that they have tried or are going to try out Chef Wan's recipes in their own kitchen!
